The city of Terrassa visited the city of Parma within the framework of the SMILE project. Terrassa's view on the visit:

"The trip was very interesting to share experiences, see implemented actions and verify that mobility issues share a similar approach in all cities. Mobility problems demand a multi-dimensional approach, requiring a greater attention for those aspects with the highest degree of impact."

"The Happy bus experience, a school transport system with methane buses, which has reduced the use of private cars in rush hour, and the brand-new Prontobús, a night bus working on demand, for which lines are set up according to users needs, were two of the most interesting features in the study visit's programme."
