The City of Terrassa visited the Italian City of Modena. Their view:

"The visit to Modena was really interesting, especially due to the introduction of environmental standards in the city design and planning."

"The most interesting part of the visit was the zone 30, including pedestrian overpasses, very successfully implemented in large urban areas to reduce accident rates and noise levels."

"Most of the measures can be implemented in the city of Terrassa. Maybe, the biggest difference with Spanish cities is found in project financing, since financial contributions of the regions and central government seem to be greater in Italy than they are in Spain."
